ASSISSTED OUTINGS

This service aims to enhance your engagement in local social events to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation, especially as mobility and social participation can become more challenging with age. We offer support for a variety of activities, including:

* transportation to medical appointments,

* shopping trips,

* outings to parks and coffee shops,

* visits to social clubs and gatherings.

Our aim is to ensure you stay connected with friends and community.

ERRAND RUNNING

Our errand running service is tailored to assist you in managing essential tasks that contribute to a healthy lifestyle, including:

*collecting prescriptions from pharmacies,

*completing and collecting your weekly grocery shopping from your preferred supermarket,

* and handling any additional errands you may require. 

EVERYTHING ELSE

This service offers comprehensive support for various everyday tasks at home, including:

*assistance with bill payments both online and over the phone,

* personal care like bathing and showering,

* managing correspondence,

* engaging in activities such as jigsaw puzzles and arts and crafts,

* or simply providing companionship over a cup of tea and conversation.

Whatever Help at Home you need, please just ask and we will be happy to help. 

Help at Home provides support 5 days a week. Visits are booked in hourly slots, and it is up to you how many hours a week you need Help at Home. Unfortunately, due to our capacity limits we are unable to accommodate daily visits or more than one visit per day. When completing the registration form, together we will agree on a set time and day, but you can increase or decrease this at any time. To do this you would need to speak with you Home Helper and we can then review and adjust accordingly.
