Initially Help at Home was run single handedly, but due to increasing demand for this service, I have now taken on some Home Helpers, who work alongside me. All staff go through a rigorous vetting process, and this is done via application forms, interviews and checks such as DBS and Right to work in the UK.

Once registration forms have been completed, you will be advised of the Home Helper who will be visiting you and this will remain the same person throughout. There may be times when this may change for example when your Home Helper is off sick or on holiday, but this will be communicated to you beforehand. Your allocated Home Helper will be introduced to you by myself, prior to starting with Help at Home.
